Ha! Ha! Ha!

Max Fleischer finishes drawing Betty in his studio and leaves for the night. Koko the Clown jumps out from the inkwell and eats a candy bar left behind by Max; he soon gets a terrible toothache. Trying to help, Betty draws a dentist's office and performs some kind of dentistry on Koko. However, she uses too much laughing gas and breathes it in too. Betty sings then "Ha! Ha! Ha! I feel silly!". Soon the whole city is filled with the gas, and everyone laughts hysterically.
