Henry, The Funniest Living American

Betty runs the local pet store where silent Henry wants to buy a puppy. The girl sings a lovely tune "Everybody ought to have a pet.". As Henry doesn't have enough money, Betty lets him work off the difference by taking care of the animals while she is away. However, Henry does not pay enough attention to the birds, and they fly outside.
