Judge For A Day

Betty Boop is a stenographer at the local courthouse. When she is riding on a bus to work, she is constantly disturbed by other passengers. At work the girl daydreams that she is a judge and sings "If I were judge for a day, I'd make those pesky peskers pay and pay". When she is still fantasizing about the methods of punishment, the courtroom gets filled with people who wish Betty were a judge for real.
