On With The New

Betty Boop is a cook at Ye Olde Quainte Coffee Potte. The girl is unhappy with the job and leaves it as soon as she learns that she has been accepted for the position of Nursery Attendant. On the way to work, Betty merrily sings "Off with the Old Job, On with the New". In the nursery she takes care of babies with the help of machines on an assembly line. Then she puts the babies to bed and leaves the room with confidence that "the little angels" will fall asleep at once. They don't, though, and when Betty comes back, she sees the room upside-down. Unable to handle that, she returns to her previous job and is fully content with it now.
