Betty Boop works as an assistant at an automobile hospital. There are numerous patients there: an ice truck sick with a cold, a drunken car suffering from intoxication, a race car tired from "fast living", an insane car with a cracked cylinder head, and others. At the end, a pregnant automobile delivers two little cars, and Betty holds them in her hands. In the song "So Does an Automobile" the girl assures that people and cars have much in common. In this cartoon, Margie Heinz replaced Mae Questal as the voice singer.
