Whoops! I'm a Cowboy

Wiffle Piffle proposes to Betty Boop, and the girl firmly turns him down singing "I Want a Cowboy for a Sweetheart." Wiffle sets off to become a real cowboy and arrives at a Dude Ranch where he gets a half-pint hat and a book with instructions on cowboy's skills. Yet the lessons do not seem very helpful for him.
